WHEN? - WEDNESDAY 6 TH MAY – FRIDAY 8 TH MAY COACH TO DEPART ESM AT 10:15AM, ARRIVING AT THE CENTRE FOR 11:45AM - COACH TO DEPART ROCK UK AT 1:15PM, ARRIVING AT ESM FOR 2:45PM. CHILDREN CAN BE COLLECTED AS NORMAL AT 3.20PM

ROCK UK FRONTIER CENTRE Rock UK Frontier Centre is a 120 acre rural venue in a beautiful location at Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. The centre is set in the heart of England with stunning views across 600 acres of lakes along the beautiful Nene Valley. Journey: Approx. 55miles - travel by Neals Coaches 1hour 30minutes - Please ensure children have travel tablets if required. ACCOMMODATION Whittaker Lodge The centre’s largest full board accommodation, Whittaker Lodge provides bedrooms for up to 128 people. It is split into 4 wings, Ash, Beech, Cedar and Elm. All bedrooms in Whittaker Lodge are en-suite and sleep between 2 – 5 people. Each wing has its own meeting room and kitchenette. In the fortnight leading up to the trip, children will be asked to give their ‘room mate’ preferences, listing 3 children of their choice. Staff will then organise bedrooms endeavouring to pair each child up with at least one pupil from their list. Should your child have any sleeping requirements, please make staff aware after the meeting and prior to 20 th April.

STANWICK LAKES WALK - DROP MAIN BAG OFF IN MEETING ROOM -11:45-1:45PM WALK - COME TO SCHOOL WEARING OLD TRAINERS AND A SMALL BACK PACK WITH: PACKED LUNCH (DISPOSABLE) AND WATER BOTTLE WELLIES IN A CARRIER BAG (SHOES ARE LIKELY TO GET MUDDY/DAMP/SANDY!) SPARE SOCKS A WATERPROOF COAT AND ADDITIONAL LAYERS SUN CREAM (IF NEEDED) LOTS OF ENERGY FOR THE ADVENTURE PLAY AREA!

MEDICATION Thank you for any dietary and medical information already sent into school. This initial information has been passed onto the centre to ensure sufficient time to prepare. The final form to be completed is the detailed medical form available this evening. All medicines to be brought to school on the day of departure in a labelled bag.
