  Founded round the year 1848 in Ploiesti, “Elena Doamna” School is one of the oldest schools in Romania. The school is situated in center of the city and it serves with joy and dedication the educative needs of 530 children aged 3 to 15. Elena Doamna School

  The school’s students come from Ploiesti, and also its surrounding villages, a town which is situated in the south-east of Romania. The school has three educational levels: kindergarten, primary and secondary level. Starting from the early beginning of their lives, children are taught new information in a modern and friendly environment, taking into consideration also their skills and interests. Students

  70% of the students study English, as their first foreign language, while the other 30% studies Spanish, as their second foreign language.  Our school is just at the beginning of the Parlez-Vous Global experience and wants to build on this status with new knowledge because we know how important these activities are for the development of our students.
