The educational philosophy of the WVCTCS Consortium of Associate Degree Nursing Programs incorporates the seven core values of the National League for Nursing Competencies Framework which includes caring, diversity, ethics, excellence, holism, integrity, and patient centeredness (NLN, 2010).
