Identifying team members’ responsibilities Once you know who your team members are, along with their experience, knowledge and skills, you can begin allocating responsibilities for various activities You will need to identify what activities will need to be carried out, based upon your original objective ANN GRAVELLS LTD

Defining SMART activities Activities to meet the objective should be SMART: Specific Measureable Achievable Relevant Timebound You will need to define SMART activities to allocate responsibilities to them ANN GRAVELLS LTD
