You can do All of your work without a mouse

Hold these keys altogether and a screen will appear Alt + Shift + Num Lock

Now you can move your mouse pointer with Number lock keys Pres “ 4 ” to move your curser at left side Pres “ 6 ” to move your curser at right side And similarly “ 2 ” and “ 8 ” key for moving downwards and upwards

You can close any application or file by press Alt & F4 keys = You can close any program by press Alt + F4

To minimize or close you can also use Alt +Space bar +

To open your start menu press “Ctrl +Esc” keys +

To open your start menu press “window logo” key. “window logo key”

Use aero keys to move upwards and downwards

To view task manager pres Alt,Ctrl, Del key altogether

+ If you are running more than one application or program Hold the Alt key,and press the Tab key one by one. To choose your application to open release “Alt key” at that stage to open your desired application. Release “Tab” key to open “Firfox”

Working at desktop + Hold down Alt + Tab keys to take the selection at one point. Now press the first letter of the folder or application to open or use aero key to go to your desired selection and press “Enter” to open the application.

Working at the browser To move the pointer to address bar, press the “Tab” key until it reach to the address bar and the address bar colour changes into blue. After that when desire page open, use tab key to go to further hyperlink and after moving the pointer to desired location, press “Enter Key” to open the hyperlink.

“ Right click” shortcut key at your key board This key can do all the function which you do by “right click” of your mouse. Just take the pointer on the selected item and the press the “shortcut key” make your selection and press “Enter”

To save your data To save your data or documents press “Ctrl” + “S” key S + Short Cut keys for Microsoft office Select All = “Ctrl” + “A” key To cut = “Ctrl” + “X” key ( first select the area) To copy = “Ctrl + “C” Key ( first select the area) To make font bigger = Ctrl + “]}” key ( first select the words)

To open calculator Press “Ctrl” + “Esc” Go to “run” with the help of aero keys Type “calc” and press “Enter” key

To open Microsoft paint Press “Ctrl” + “Esc” Go to “run” with the help of aero keys Type “mspaint” and press “Enter” key
