S.O.P for Contingency  Crisis Management Group comprising principal secretaries of Agriculture & Line Departments under Chairmanship of Chief Secretary monitors on regular basis.  Weekly Video conferencing by Chief Secretary with all District Magistrate.  Weekly District Task Force meeting under the Chairmanship of District Magistrates.  Regular monitoring of Canal irrigation, Minor irrigation & Tube well irrigation at top level.  Control room to monitor electricity supply in rural areas.

 Advisory to farmers in daily news papers and other media communication medium regularly.  SAU’s & KVK’s scientist with District officials visit affected villages regularly for technical support & advisory.  Distribution of Diesel Subsidy for life saving irrigation.  Distribution of Seed for Contingent Crops  Regular electricity supply in rural areas for irrigation.  Ensured availability of water up to tail end of the canal for effective irrigation.
