CPS Proceeds of Crime The CPS record on proceeds of crime work. A desire to constantly improve. The National Audit Office Report- the Parliamentary Accounts Committee.

CPS Proceeds of Crime A National Service, headed by a Chief Crown Prosecutor. A central team managing high level work from CPS Central Fraud Team, CPS Organised Crime Division (who prosecute National Crime Agency Cases), and HMRC.

Cont: A regional team, covering all of England Wales and London. Three regional teams each headed by a Group Manager: North and Wales Midlands and Eastern Southern

Cont: Each regional unit, will be co-located with one of the nine Regional Organised Crime Units/Regional Asset Recovery Teams. ACE Teams (Asset Recovery and Enforcement Teams).
