Grade Posting Administration Posted Grades by Student An overview of student grades, posted in Student Management for each class. List of students Entity, Grading Period
Grade Posting Administration Teacher Posting Status An electronic verification that a teacher has checked that student grades are accurate. List of Courses Section, Teacher Name, Grading Period
Grade Posting Administration Teacher Grade Change Request An electronic request made from a teachers gradebook, to the office, and needing approval. This occurs when a grade is changed after the grading period closed. Mark Completed – without posting grades will ignore the grade change requests. Mass Post Grade changes – will include posting grades of dropped students.
Grade Posting Administration Select and expand the Gradebook where grade changes exist. List the reason for which the grade change was requested by the teacher. List of Grade Differences that exist in the gradebook vs. Posted Office Grades. Approved Grade changes will be listed once the option to post is completed. Grade changes requested for Dropped Students.

Answer: The Grade Differences Report is an excellent tool in comparing grades previously posted in the office, to grades in the Teachers gradebook, printed Progress Report, or a printed Report Card. Note: Grade Differences report is greatly impacted by student schedule changes. Who can view the Grade Differences Report? Answer: District Administrative staff, campus administrators and other campus office staff with appropriate Skyward security access. When is the Grade Differences Report reviewed? Answer: The report can be reviewed anytime, throughout the academic year.
