Course introduction ‘Introduction to Marketing’ is designed with an intention to build students’ foundation on the basic concepts and practices of marketing. Along with the marketing theories taught in class, the course also introduces students to real-world applications so that students can get a creative perspective of marketing and have an understanding on how to link marketing strategy to financial value. A firm grasp on this course would be crucial to successfully pursue the advanced marketing courses.
