ResourceIssue /cause Impact on Resource Management/Effect on Parenting and Caring TIMENewborn child in the family The time required to care for the newborn child means the parents may have less time to do things for the other children, for example - preparing meals. This may lead to quicker options that aren’t as healthy such as ordering lunches at the canteen, takeaway dinners, as well as pre-packaged foods which are often high in salt and fat. This may impact on the families health and physical wellbeing. FINANCESOne income in the family. Only having one income may mean the family needs to set up a budget in order to manage their finances more effectively.
