Activities Groups of 12 students with 1-3 PGL staff and a member of school staff. Students will need a packed lunch for Monday Raft building – water confident

Safety Security fenced Students cannot leave without member of staff Supervised at all times outside rooms Teachers on duty outside accommodation in evenings Students will know emergency contact Important: Please encourage students to contact school staff (NOT home) first if unhappy. We will contact home if necessary.
Behaviour Outstanding behaviour anticipated You will be required to collect them or cover cost of transport if they have to be sent home Students will have briefing on this and whole trip

Food & Medical All allergies and dietary requirements will be informed to PGL in advance and catered for Information will be taken from consent forms Medical/Disability information will be similarly collected and catered for Medication – separate named bag, clear dosage/timing instructions and handed to me prior to departure
