Safety Security fenced Students cannot leave without member of staff Supervised at all times outside rooms Teachers on duty outside accommodation in evenings Students will know emergency contact Important: Please encourage students to contact school staff (NOT home) first if unhappy. Food & Medical All allergies and dietary requirements will be informed to PGL in advance and catered for Information will be taken from consent forms Medical/Disability information will be similarly collected and catered for Medication – separate named bag, clear dosage/timing instructions and handed to me prior to departure

Payment All payments should have been made Please make any outstanding payments ASAP
