DocLive A video consultation tool for hospitals

What is DocLive? DocLive is a video consultation tool designed for healthcare. It’s a part of MedWise suite of healthcare applications. DocLive gives your patients ability to have consultation with your doctors, without leaving their home or offices.

Why DocLive? In today’s world, everyone is busy. Your doctors are busier than ever. Your patients don’t have enough time. DocLive gives an opportunity to connect both of you, whenever you want, wherever you are. So that you can take care of your patients, get more referrals, and stay ahead of competition.

This is a demo using laptop. Real life software will represent your brand.

Both can use DocLive on any device, be it a mobile phone, a tablet, or a laptop.

Let’s see how DocLive works DocLive can be accessed by three type of people: 1.Doctors (Doctors who will consult with patients) 2.An admin (can be anybody supervising everything) 3.Patients (can only access video conference)

How patients will use it

The patient can book an appointment from your website or mobile app. You can click here for demo purposes.click here for demo purposes Here patient can choose the doctor he wants to consult with Here patient can pick the date and time for consultation Here patient can tell more about the problem he is facing. This will give doctors a head start and save time for both. The patient can also attach his medical report so the doctor can know about the treatments he had in past.

After booking the appointment, the patient will receive an notification.

Once the doctor confirms his request, he will get an with a link to start consultation.

Let’s have a look at the Doctor’s panel

After logging in, the doctor will see his dashboard. This is dashboard which contains everything This section shows today’s appointment. Total number of appointments Here doctor can enter the time when he will be free to consult with the patients. DocLive will take requests from patients based on doctor’s availability. Here doctors can change their s and passwords Doctor’s Dashboard

Doctors have the freedom to accept or reject a particular request. This is the timings for consultation. Here are a patient’s details which doctors can take a look before starting consultation. This is patient’s name. After accepting a request, doctor can click on this button to start consultation. This is Today’s Call panel for doctors.

Here the doctor can see and add schedules when they will be free to consult. This is Add Schedule panel for doctors. The doctor can click here to add schedules. After adding, these will be visible below. Doctor can click here to see how much did he assign to each patient. The doctor can click here anytime to cancel the consultations. Date and time for consultation session.

Add Schedule : Here doctors can tell DocLive when they will be free to consult. This is the time that doctor wants to give to each patient. For exp. setting this value to 10 will give each patient 10 minutes of consultation. This is the time when doctor wants to start consultation session. This is time time when the consultation session will finish. Here the doctor can tell DocLive the date he will want to have consultation with patients.

On the Settings page, the doctor can change his , username, and password. The doctor can enter his/her new id here Doctor can change login password by simply typing out new password here and clicking save button below. Here doctor can change his username.

The Admin’s panel

This is admin’s dashboard. He can oversee everything that goes on in DocLive. Here admin can change and password This is admin’s dashboard All appointments for today Doctors Timings Full details about this particular appointment Patient’s medical report that he attached with request for appointment Patients Doctor’s panel See and add medical specializations

Today’s Calls: Here admin can see all the appointments for the present day. Confirm to confirm an appointment Tell a patient to reschedule an appointment because the time he/she requested for is already booked Delete this particular appointment

Specialization: Here admin can add medical specializations for video consultations. Add a new specialization for DocLive consultations Current specializations that you offer with DocLive

Specializations help your patients quickly choose what they are looking for. Currently active or put on hold Add new medical specialization here A complete description about this particular specialization. This helps patients see whether this is what they want or not.

Doctors: Here admin can see a complete list of doctors available for consultation. Add a new doctor Doctors that are currently offering consultation services with DocLive Doctors’ addresses Remove a doctor from DocLive services

Add New Doctor panel helps admin quickly add a new doctor to DocLive.

Here admin can change his login details for security purposes.
