Current Role Director, Central Operations & Services Branch, Information Technology & Services (ITS) Division, CIHI spans the areas of IT infrastructure, technology and solutions, ITS operations and central client services (budget ~ $14.5m; includes capital budget for entire organization) 5 departments (74 staff) - includes both technical (ranging from Database and Server Administrators, Developers, Network/Desktop Technicians) and non- technical Client Service roles.
