SugarCRM Selection History In early 2011, DECC identified the need to house all programmatic data in one central database rather than siloed Access and Excel tracking spreadsheets. After securing funding we embarked on an RFP for a data solution that would meet the following primary needs:  Streamline internal data processing for all programmatic activities  Enhance programmatic data and analysis  Provide an online portal for our constituents  Sync with QuickBooks for quality improvement purchases and timesheet management  Easily import source data and provide robust reporting functionality. One Voice From Many

 Low cost, annual, per user license fees  Highly customizable and flexible platform that can adapt to changes in funding quickly  Administration module (Studio) that allows in-house changes/updates to functionality and fields in the database  Integration with our accounting system to sync Quality Improvement (QI) expenses, funding streams, and timesheet data for employees  Childcare provider online portal (ecConnect) that allows our constituents to login, access QI funds, register for trainings, and connect to resources  Ease of import/export relationships with many external database systems.
