PEERS: WHAT IT ISN’T PEERS Does Not: Manage the entire supervision and evaluation process, from scheduling observations to data collection, rubric assessments, etc. Manage the “front end” of the supervision process Instead, PEERS focuses on the final step – the evaluation portion of the process.
