Eko Atlantic - the final solution Reclaim 10 square kilometers of land off Victoria Island and parts of Lekki lost to the Atlantic Ocean during 100 years of coastal erosion Erect an eight kilometer long Sea Revetment to protect the entire development and Victoria Island Develop the land reclaimed into a city Depend entirely on private funds to complete the project
