Case 3 Woman late 60s She is concerned re becoming forgetful over some months No other cognitive issues No problem with ADLs, managing money, driving ? Diagnosis ? management
Case 4 Man late 70s Family report gradual decline in memory over yrs More sudden recent change PMH of HTn, DM CT head atrophy/ SVD; no infarct ? Diagnosis & management
Case 5 Man late 60s Visual hallucinations but frequent UTIs with these as a consequence Concentration not as good eg newspaper Episodes of funny turns, falls Wife says she has to sleep separately as „as if he is fighting someone in his sleep“ ? Diagnosis ? Differential & management
