Winning In Store Execution WISE This Training is for all Sales Representatives and Senior Merchandisers for Mondelez International. Each training will have one trainer and a District Manager to act as a content knowledge specialist.

Why? Since Mondelez is moving in a new direction by implementing the WISE system and tablets and scanners all employees who are responsible for writing orders will need to take this training. The WISE system is replacing the previous system used for ordering and merchandizing. In the previous systems representatives where required to hand key in the product codes on a computer. With WISE representative will be able to scan item bar codes to order more product. This system is being implemented to speed up the process of ordering for representatives and also helps eliminate errors from keying in codes. The WISE system will also allow Mondelez International to gather data more effectively.

Goal 1: Students will become familiar with the Samsung Galaxy 10 Goal 1: Students will become familiar with the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and its functions. The student will be able to effectively set up and unlock tablet using lock code with hundred percent mastery on observation of the trainer. The student will be able to set up email account on the new tablet with hundred percent mastery on observation of the trainer. The student will be able to know the steps of using the tablet and accessing the programs needed at a hundred percent mastery on observation of trainer.

To Achieve this Goal: Activity Proof of Mastery The student will be introduced to the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 by Guided Instruction from the Trainer. The student will send an email to the instructor with 100% mastery.

Goal 2: Students will be able to use the Six Steps of Every Sales Call. Objectives The student will be able to list and define the six steps with an eighty percent mastery quiz. The student will be able to acknowledge task relating to the 6 steps on the tablet with hundred percent accuracy by acknowledging task with trainer present.

Six Steps Of Every Sales Calls

To Achieve this Goal: Activity Proof of Mastery Using cooperative learning the students will work together in small groups to make a flow chart of the “Six Steps of Every Sales Call” Each student will take a quiz scoring minimum 80% on the definitions of the Six Steps. Each student will acknowledge a step of the sales call on the tablet with the instructor present with 100% mastery.

Goal 3: Student will be able to place orders and send orders as needed for Sales Calls. Objectives The student will be able to use the scanner and tablet to input a mock orders with hundred percent accuracy. Student will be able to send a mock order with hundred percent accuracy.

To Achieve this Goal: Activity Proof of Mastery Through directed study and guided instruction the students will be instructed on how to; input, send, change and cancel a mock order. The student will input, send, change and cancel the mock order with 100% mastery.

Goal 4: Students will be able to train new employees on the tablet and ordering systems. Student will be able to assist new employees in setting up the tablet with password and email with a hundred percent accuracy. Student will be able to assist new employees with inputting and sending orders.

To Achieve this Goal: Activity Proof of Mastery The student will prepare a training to be presented to their District Manager. The student will present a training to their District manager within two weeks of the training with 100% mastery.

Evaluation To determine the effectiveness of instruction within two weeks of completing this training the student will be required to give a training to their District Manager to show that they are able to explain the process so they may help train new hires.
