INTRODUCTION SEOKODIBENG PROPERTY DEVELOPERS was formed in 1987, servicing the commercial, industrial and residential markets of South Africa. Today Seokodibeng is one of the largest truly empowered construction companies in Limpopo. We have managed and completed very many projects ranging from civil works to engineering services as well as supply contracts.(see attached projects list) SEOKODIBENG is accredited with Construction Industry Development Board ("CIDB") ratings of 6GBPE and 6CEPE, has NHBRC accreditation as well as understanding the need to empower others in all its endeavors, confirming SEOKODIBENG’S ability to take on and practically complete intricate projects. SEOKODIBENG is 100% black-owned and has been rated as a Level 3 contributor to BEE in terms of the DTI's Codes of Good Practice and the Construction Sector Charter. MANAGEMENT AND STAFF The company is owned and managed by Thato Marei, Refiloe Marei ,Solly Marei and Sefako Marei . Seokodibeng members’ posses a wealth of experience in construction and civil engineering and procurement sectors. Refiloe has worked for several multi-national entities and gained a vast amount of knowledge in the process. Shocky has worked as an administrator at several SMME firms and also posses experience in the construction and building sectors. Seokodibeng has its head office situated in Jane Furse Limpopo however may be branching out nationally soon.
