Objectives At the end of the 2 day workshop you will be able to: identify what forms of information giving are best suited to a presentation prepare systematically for presentations demonstrate your ability by delivering a short presentation A sample of 8 slides from a 2 day course

Asked to do a presentation? You have been asked to deliver a presentation – before you go ahead and start putting time into it – What do you need to know? A sample of 8 slides from a 2 day course

Ask yourself the following: What’s the purpose? Inform or persuade? What do I want to happen at the end? What do I want to achieve by delivering it? What action/reaction do I want from the audience?
