Instance  An example of something.  I know it is cold out; for instance, there is snow outside.  Do you have a lot of Christmas presents to play with now that it is January? For instance, video games and Legos?

Illustrate  To draw a picture for a book.  I don’t like to draw so I do not illustrate my books.  What color crayon do you use to illustrate a book about different desserts?

Style  A certain way to do or make something.  I like the Wingdings style of font in Microsoft Word.  How do you like to style your hair?

Textures  The way a surface looks or how it feels when you touch it.  I like cat’s fur that has silky textures.  What textures of clothing do you like to wear?

Sketches SSimple drawings that are done quickly. II like to draw sketches of 3B. WWhat types of sketches have you drawn before?

Suggestions TTo give someone a recommendation of idea of what to do or say. WWe made suggestions to the man in the red suit with the white beard to decorate the Christmas tree. WWhat suggestions might a nurse or doctor give you to help you from getting sick?
