Discuss how researchers analyze data obtained in observational research

The point of observational research… Goal of observational analysis is to provide meaningful descriptions of behavior. Notes written by the observer are transcribed and inductive content analysis is carried out. Discuss how researchers analyze data obtained in observational research

Do not forget to…. Write a description of the observation. Context of behavior (lunch, recess etc…) Where it took place How you did it All this helps with transferability to get generalization. Discuss how researchers analyze data obtained in observational research

Finally…. Share the information with both other researchers and/or the participants to establish credibility. You could also be compared to current theories to see if your observations are supported by current research. Discuss how researchers analyze data obtained in observational research
