IOSH Competency Framework A successful framework? Large employers accept and commit to using the IOSH framework as a basis for their in-house products SMEs can use the framework to improve safety and health in their organisation. Individuals can use the tool to identify their needs and plan their safety and health development. Members can use the tool to help them with CPD.
