Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders The first MCCQE Part I administration to include updated questions will be the spring 2014 session. For answers to MCCQE Part I clinical decision-making write-in questions, candidates will continue to receive full marks for correct answers regardless of whether they use DSM-5 or DSM-IV-TR language.
