Government Schools can be too expensive and over-crowded. No school for those without birth certificates or a residence permit. Or for many disabled or hearing-impaired children No school for those who have to work.

1) We Build New Schools

Old structures are often unsafe, cramped and inadequate

To build small primary schools and new kindergartens To build or renovate restrooms and fences at schools To build at least 15 new classrooms in 2012 and to repair existing schools built by SCC in the last five years Therefore we continue
