Based on what you’ve learned… Define learning in your own words. FRQ: Mom is frustrated because 3-year-old Maya has started to spit frequently. She has decided to temporarily put away one of Maya’s toys every time she spits. Mom is going to continue this until Maya has stopped spitting. -Explain whether mom’s plan uses reinforcement or punishment. -Explain whether mom’s plan is a positive or negative form of reinforcement or punishment. Operant vs. Classical Exercise: Tell if the following comics are operant or classical conditioning.

Assignment You all will have to create a comic strip about one of the concepts we’ve discussed in the psychology of learning. The topics may include, but are not limited too, operant conditioning, classical conditioning, habituation, extinction, observational learning, punishment, generalization, external locus of control, etc. The comic strip must… -Have at least 10-15 panels -Not include the same theme as someone else in the class -Be colored -Be approved by Ms. Ayers Side note: If you are not artistically inclined, you may work with a partner.
