1.Describe how each objective (indicators are now objectives) will look in your state when fully implemented. 2.Assign a team member to each objective. 3.Establish a target date for completion. 1.Create a list of tasks needed to complete (or meet) the objective. 2.Assign each task to a team member or another person within your SEA that who will complete the task. 3.Establish a target date for each task.

Index numbers help teams identify ‘quick wins’…objectives that are high priority and easy to accomplish
