The world’s least harmful cigarettes

Founded in 1999 in Yerevan, Armenia, SPS Cigaronne is a private company that engages in the production and sales of high-quality cigarettes. In 2014, SPS Cigaronne launched a new brand of cigarettes, made to significantly minimize the risk of diseases caused by smoking. The company is expanding its business into new markets worldwide. TOBACCO BLEND The tobacco is passed through a multi-phase purification process using the world’s most innovative conditioning technologies thanks to which carcinogens and toxic substances like chlorine, nitrogen-containing pesticides and complex molecules of heteropolar bonds are removed from the tobacco, subsequently reducing the risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and bronchitis illnesses. The purification process also helps to eliminate the bitter aftertaste and smell from smoking, as well as reduces the chances of developing a smoker’s cough. Despite the innovative approach to cigarette production, the traditional taste and the aroma of the tobacco remain untouched, signifying an instance of supreme taste.

TRIPLE HOLLOW FILTER The filter is composed of the natural substance PERLITE, which micro-filters the cigarette smoke. Perlite in the filter layer reduces the levels of tar and nicotine, and absorbs cancer causing combustion byproducts by up to 90%, preventing the production of new substances in the smoke. According to independent studies, Cigaronne’s exclusive method of filtration helps to significantly reduce the risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases among active and passive smokers. By comparison, all conventional cigarette filters only partly filter the smoke of toxic substances. Traditional perforated filters reduce tar and nicotine content by diluting cigarette smoke with air, which creates a milder taste and may give the appearance of being more filtered and therefore less dangerous. Perforated filters are not fully effective because blocking the vents with lips or fingers severely increases tar and nicotine in the smoke. The specific length of Cigaronne’s Hollow Filter helps to protect the eyes from tobacco smoke and prevents nicotine stains on fingers, which is an essential part of hygiene.

UNPARALLELED DESIGN Ancient symbolism is a significantly attractive element of design on the new cigarettes. The image of the mythological Griffin ennobles and refines the appearance of the cigarette. Cigarette paper produced by stamping is not only appealing from a design perspective, but also eliminates the possibility of counterfeiting. Unlike conventional cigarettes, the new Cigaronne filter is lined with a narrow strip of thin sanitary foil, which prevents the filter from softening, and adds an additional level of comfort. Freshly harvested, high quality tobacco from recognized African and Latin American plantations, innovative technologies protected under international patent law, a state of the art result – Cigaronne.

Filter Characteristics Does not soften from humidity, ensuring maximum comfort to the smoker. Cools down the inhaled smoke more than conventional filters. Creates a distance between the face and the cigarette to protect the eyes from smoke. Protects the fingers from nicotine stains and the unwanted bitter smell.
