Introduction to BPW

BPW Mission Statement BPW develops the professional, business and leadership potential of women on all levels through advocacy, mentoring, networking, skill building and economic empowerment programs and projects around the world.

Young BPW Programme Started in 1985 during the XVII International Congress under the theme “Youth Today - Leaders Tomorrow”

Young BPW Provide women under 35 their own forum. The MENTORING programme in BPW allows targeted exchange of experience and ensures the transfer of knowledge between members from different generations or fields of work, and provides support for the start of the job or return to work in form of Business Start-up and career planning, as well as for the reconciliation of work and family. Local, national and international networks:

Encourage and support working women in all walks of life. Give and take new ideas, suggestions and inspiration. Is a forum for professional ideas and experiences. Help shape local women's issues. Help in establishing new personal and business contacts. Provide access to a wide range of experience and professional. Enable location, nationality and age-independent exchange of experience.
