Who we are? and ask for the Data Warehouse The Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) supports data warehouse services for the 24 publicly funded Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT). The data warehouse service has an acknowledged benefit to the college system in its support of college operations, advocacy initiatives and enrolment strategies and others supporting postsecondary education.
