As a result, global collaboration and competition has become easier, cheaper, and more productive.

9 Empowered vs. Disempowered EmpoweredDisempowered Is provided education and a chance to learn.  Lives in free country with economic opportunity.  Lives in a country where healthcare is provided.  Is computer literate and has access to the internet.  Is provided vocational, secondary and post secondary education and opportunities for job training.  “The disempowered live in a flattened world, but don’t’ have the access to the tools or skills to participate in a meaningful way.”
