Self Esteem

63% said that they get upset by the way they look. 70% of young people said that they did not like what they see in the mirror. 63% said that they get upset by the way they look. 89% said they thought there was pressure on them to look a certain way.

Remember, are people likely to put on Facebook the boring things that happen to them? You are seeing what they WANT you to see and that is NOT their whole life

Think about what YOU are good at… Something academic? A sport? A game? Something creative? Dressing well? Something else?

Accepting ourselves for who we are

What is low self-esteem?

Think about this... Are your thoughts negative? Are you listening to what other people have said about you? Do you compare yourself to others? Do you accept yourself as you are? Is low self esteem holding you back?
