Assessment and Grading Criteria Criteria reference To achieve the criteria the evidence must show that the student is able to: Task no. P1 Describe one test for each component of physical fitness, including advantages and disadvantages. 1a M1 Explain the advantages and disadvantages of one fitness test for each component of physical fitness. 1b You are issued with an assignment brief which includes the assessment criteria for each unit of work Assignments are to be completed within a set time scale and deadlines are to be met
