Bay Elementary School Renovation – Safety Improvements Project Scope -Renovation of a new Administration Suite -Restore present office suite to classroom setting -Recommended project by the “Security Safety Task Force” -Creating a new “Secure Lobby Area” with electronic locking devices -Restoration to reflect original design construction (1938) -Four month time line for construction / renovation areas -Additional six – eight weeks for new traffic circulation and parking (to be included in phase 2 of the project) -Demolition work during non-occupied hours (4:00 – 12:00) -Environmental issues following FDEP / EPA protocol
