CELL TOWERS MAP Guide Chapter 9.5 Paragraph O.2 structures must outside the easement and the engineered fall distance of any transmission towers  No structure may be located within the easement of any overhead high voltage transmission line and must be located outside the engineered fall distance of any support structure for high voltage transmission lines, radio antennae, satellite towers, cellular towers, etc. This does not apply to local service electric lines and poles.”
