Long Term Goal IP Knowledge Diffusion for Economic Competitiveness To disseminate basic knowledge on IP to university students in Science & technology Management & Economics To improve knowledge on specific topics for professionals (including practicing lawyers and judges dealing with IP issues)

Tools MODULE. Promotion of 1 or 2 university credits on IP as a fundamental knowledge for students attending Science, Technology, Economics, Management Schools COURSE. Promotion of at least 1 course on IP for students attending Science, Technology, Economics, Management Schools

Progress (I) Promotion of IP courses On December 15 th, 2010, the Italian Conference of Italian Rectors (CRUI) approved a document including the suggestions of the Italian Road Map. A basic course of 2 credits will be promoted by the Rectors internally Some time required to get things done Delay due to university reform passed in December 2010 (law N. 244/2010)
