Guidelines for Data Collection and Analysis

Data has to be meaningful. We want to measure what we intend to.

Unbiased The measurement has to be objective and data to be representative to what we measure.

Reliable and accurate instrument The measurement or testing instrument has to be conforming to national and international standards.

Careful recording We shall strive to eliminate human and machine errors.

Data management using database system We shall use efficient information management systems so that the data are safe and information relevant and useful to our organization.
