EO2: Identify market opportunities for mature RTD applications and develop action plans for commercial implementation Identification of specific market opportunities in the Business Plan. Inputs to regional databases of localisation, traffic or air quality data derived from THE ISSUE outputs. STO7: Introduce active air pollution monitoring and mitigation into regional transport and environmental strategies Inclusion of innovative solutions from THE ISSUE to improve air quality in any region’s Local Transport or environment plan. THE Issue partners secure new RTD projects against future calls. (i). RTD income in the widened THE ISSUE consortium in range M25-50€ over arising from implementation of the JAP. (ii) person years of jobs created or saved from the above impact. (K100€/person year-UK average). (iii) Establishing new regional clusters as legal entities in partner regions. Support Cluster Mentoring with secondments and exchange programmes Up to 10 secondments of regional executives on cluster management boards or of high level RTD executives on regional administration boards in each core region.
