Status during internship year Your student status will be suspended during the internship year –Can't use some university facilities like the sports facilities or check out books from library (a 1-yr library card can be issued at a cost of $150 upon application) –Can’t apply for the MTR student travel card Your accounts will be kept active to get –News and info preparing you to come back to your study the next year –Info about application for grant/loan, extension of student locker, scholarship application, FYP planning and other course offering info, etc.)
