Effects of the Acton Lake Dam on Water Quality in Four Mile Creek Amanda Gibson, Whitney Smith, Abby Workman

We decided to test the waters of Four Mile Creek above and below the Acton Lake Dam, as well as the lake itself According to everything we read in class (plus some outside research), water quality should have been best above the dam, ok in the lake, and pretty bad below it

Why did we do this? We wanted to find out how what we read in class applies to real life Though Four Mile Creek is not a large waterway, we figure that what we found in our study can reasonably be applied to larger ones
