Main Theme Organizations need to be “synchronized” – Internally – Externally – Synchronization- The process of linking events and actions so they occur at the same time or in a predetermined sequence (Cardenas, Goldstein, 2003) Resources should be used and managed properly to have a synergistic affect Top management “buy in” Remedial actions must be identified
