Southern Connecticut State University Exit Survey. To allow for better understanding of a teacher’s performance in the classroom.

Development Coding started. GUI created, needs improvement. More Coding (Listeners, Buttons,…). More features (Graph, Print,…).

The program!

An improved GUI

The Code

Difficulties Projected Creation of GUI Data input/output Graphical representation

The Output

Project Schedule TasksDeadlines Polish GUI, more coding, meet with sponsor.11/06/06 Implement JfreeChart libraries.11/13/06 Will try to make program graph data. Will start to write documentation for program. 11/20/06 Meet with sponsor to sharpen application to fit needs of sponsor. 11/27/06 Performed suggested modifications from sponsor and more coding! Test application for possible errors 12/04/06 Meet with sponsor, perform additional changes if necessary. Have project ready, as well as documentation. 12/11/06 Deliver final version of program to the sponsor and present it to the class. 12/18/06

Summary Project is about 50% done. GUI has been improved. Graphing is on the way!

Thank you.

Objectives To gather, process data (teacher evaluation results). Put data into a Microsoft Excel spread sheet with the help of the JAVA programming language, and provide a graphical representation of the gathered data.
