REPORTING AND MONITORING Three data trawls take place throughout the year in the Autumn, Spring and Summer Term Staff provide the ‘working at’ level for your child in their subject against their Negotiated Target Level for the end of the year Staff also provide a grading of Excellent, Good, Satisfactory but could be better or Requires immediate improvement for: Behaviour Effort Homework

REPORTING AND MONITORING The information from these data trawls is published to parents as a Short Report (x2 each year) and a Full Report (with comments and improvement strategies from your child’s teachers) One of the Short Reports is followed by a Parents’ Evening The dates of all these reporting events are published in the Parents’ Calendar in September
