MEASURE Evaluation Workshop Goal At the end of the three days of this workshop the participants will improve the key M&E skills needed for monitoring and evaluation of TB programs at the national program level.

MEASURE Evaluation Learning Objectives Understand the principles of M&E for effective TB programming Identify decisions that can be informed by M&E information Construct logic frameworks for a program’s success and logically explain how a program’s activities contributes to its objectives Develop realistic and targeted goals and objectives for M&E of programs Select appropriate indicators for specific programs Feel comfortable using the Compendium of Indicators as a resource for TB M&E Use existing (or new) data to operationalize the selected indicator Develop a monitoring and evaluation plan
