Determined citizens produce change—through years of hard political work. Indicators reports themselves are not strategic plans for action. Good Things are Happening in Durham 10 Moving Forward The RBA Advisory Team is working on recommendations to build on the strengths of the RBA initiative. The City, County and United Way of the Greater Triangle are exploring the possibilities of further collaboration in funding nonprofits and non-city agencies.
