Millennials’ Social Views n 87% believe a man is not entitled to sex on a date n 40% think that unmarried sex is OK for two people who “like each other” n 51% agree that abortion should be legal n 49% say same-sex couples receive legal protection and recognized status n 83% say the federal government should do more to control handguns n 73% say there is too much concern in our society for criminals n 23.5% of white freshmen characterized helping to promote racial understanding as essential or very important, 54.8% of blacks and 43.6% of Latinos felt that way. Most people try to do this.
