Forecasting the Weather Fronts
An Air Mass is a large body of air of relatively similar temperature and moisture. (humidity)
Air masses can control the weather for a period of time: from days to months. Most weather occurs along the boundaries of these air masses called fronts.

Warm Front = Rain & clouds

Warm Front = Rain & clouds
Occluded fronts are produced when a fast moving cold front catches and overtakes a slower moving warm front.
Occluded Front
Stationary fronts occur when a cold front and warm front meet and neither one advances. These type of conditions can last for days, producing clouds and no wind.
