4 In 4-H, youth and adults partner together to develop a mindset of success. This growth mindset is defined by the ability to rise to the challenges of life. MINDSET

5 Let’s invite new people to attend the meeting, and make them feel welcome and involved. Let’s find new and different ways to attract and involve more participants. Change and trying new and different ideas can help us grow. Adults learn from youth. It’s always the same old folks doing everything. Nothing changes. It’s the way we’ve always done it. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Adults teach, youth are students. FIXED MINDSET GROWTH MINDSET
