MGT3303 Michel Leseure Course Objectives To understand the role of operations management in business, To be able to analyse and discuss strategic operations decisions, To know how to apply standard operations management techniques, such as aggregate production planning, SPC, project management, etc. To appreciate how operations management techniques are applied in different contexts (manufacturing, service, transportation, public administration, etc.). To be able to recognise when a specific technique is relevant, and how it should be used.
