RASRS requested additional information for review at the July meeting NV Energy Falcon Transformer RAS agreed to re-classify this scheme as a normal Protection System, not a RAS

Central Ferry-Lower Monumental LLL Addition into the AC RAS was approved as a WAPS AC RAS algorithms additions and modifications added to the controllers for anticipated in-service in late 2015 and early 2016 (logic programmed, but out of service until in-service dates). NERC RAS New Definition NERC BOT approved the proposed new RAS definition in December and filed it with FERC on February 3. – /Pages/NERCFilings2015.aspx /Pages/NERCFilings2015.aspx The actual definition is a little over one page (shorter than BES!) 8 W ESTERN E LECTRICITY C OORDINATING C OUNCIL

NERC New RAS Standards The standard drafting team issued a draft standard for 21-day informal comment period closing on May 21. The SDT is updating the proposal on the basis of those comments.
